Matthew "Jacob" Coale - Obituary

atthew “Jacob” Coale, 24, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at his home. He grew up in the Annapolis/Crownsville area and graduated from Annapolis High School where he played golf, baseball and participated in the ROTC program. Growing up, Matthew attended church and enjoyed going on mission trips to Haiti, Hawaii and the Philippines. He enjoyed all sports but loved the game of golf. He was a Redskins and Orioles fan and enjoyed watching them on TV but outdoors is where he wanted to be; horseback riding, fishing, hiking, anything outdoors. Matthew is survived by his parents, Thomas and Veronica Coale; his siblings, Thomas (Kelsey) Coale, Jr. and Patricia (Albert) Coale Suniga; 3 nieces, a nephew and family and friends that loved and supported him. Friends are invited to celebrate Matthew Jacob Coale's life on Friday, June 23 from 12 pm until his memorial service begins at 1 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery in Annapolis, MD.
